Stroller Strides is the country's premiere prenatal/postnatal fitness program for Moms that they can do with their babies! It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using resistance bands and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it is a great workout for any level exerciser!

Then.... Stroller Strides is your solution! We love helping moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life! Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time.

The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors (who are also moms). Each class includes a Power Walk combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing (provided), the stroller and the environment. In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age!

Whether you're a beginner or an expert exerciser, Stroller Strides can provide you with your ideal workout. It's up to you to create the intensity, but we will create the fun!

Stroller Strides includes free playgroups and other fun events. Make new friends, get in shape and watch your baby love every moment of it!

What do I need?

You, your baby and the stroller. Just about any kind of stroller will do as long as it's not prone to tipping. You do not have to have a jogger. We also suggest you bring WATER, a hat or sun block for both you and your baby, and a towel or mat for our ground exercises. Please arrive at all classes at least 15 minutes before start time.
