Here we create only the freshest sandwiches, salads, and soups. We do this the only way we know how, in a casual and relaxing environment. Our concept starts with our homemade bread. This focaccia bread recipe is mixed and hand kneaded every day. We produce only the freshest and softest bread every hour. The bread dough is then placed in our hearth oven and we cook it until it is golden brown. The Urban Cafe knows there are other sandwich chain operations, but few create an environment like ours. As you walk in you can see and smell the bread baking.
We create our sandwiches with our freshly cooked lean meats and homemade sauces. Nothing is ever frozen. The Urban Cafe prepares and cooks everything daily to create a great tasting sandwich.
